We want you to enjoy playing with our golf balls. Not happy with your order after all? You can register it for return within 30 days of receipt. Below you can read how it works.

How returns work
Register your return
Send an email to info@degolfballenman.nl with your order number and the products you would like to return. Feel free to use the button below, which prepares the email for you.
Receive our instructions
We will send you a return form and let you know how and where to send your parcel.
Send your parcel back
When returning, please note the following:
- Lake balls: return the balls in the De Golfballenman box in which you received them.
- New golf balls: these must be unplayed and in their original, unopened packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend sending your parcel with tracking, so you can see when it has arrived.
Get your money back
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount within 7 days to the account you paid with. Please allow a few more working days for the amount to appear in your account.
Good to know
Damaged parcel or wrong product received?
Then you don’t need to follow the regular return procedure. Send us a message as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos. We will work with you to find a quick solution.
Not happy with the quality of a few balls?
We check our lake balls by hand, but occasionally a ball may slip through that should not have passed inspection. Please let us know, ideally with a photo. Often there is no need to send back your entire order.
Printed golf balls
Golf balls with your own logo or text are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned. That is why you always receive a free digital print proof first. We only start printing once you have approved it.
